"Yum! Yum! Yum!!_The cinnamon bread!! I stopped in today - my daughter lives in town; there was a lovely lady there named Mary ( realtor- introduced herself) and suggested the cinnamon bread and she wasn’t kidding !! Delicious!!! I’ll be stopping there on my weekly visits to my daughter!!!"

"If you are looking for the type of bakeries that used to be in every town, baked goods made from scratch and friendly people then go to The Bakery in Southbury, CT. From cakes (the carrot cake is to die for), to pies, to breads, cookies, doughnuts (the REAL thing made from scratch daily), to assorted pastries. This place is hard to match. And they are happy to take special orders. Try one of their kettle doughtnuts, yummy, don't miss out!"
